In the tutorial you can raze your founding city and will be unable to finish the rest of the tutorial. I just waited the 5 turns and now I'm unable to build a pioneer to finish the tutorial.
I know the fix is Just don't do that... but maybe you want to disable the raze button for the purposes of the tutorial if that's possible. Failing that at least put back grain when you do Raze the initial town.
