It also didn't heal any damage when I tried it.
Edit: This one is from the Blessing of Restoration spell.
Happen the same to me (same spell, cast on Relias)
From what I have understood, Relias and Shirayne does not know life magic. But you infused that spell to either of them. I think that is why it is bugged. I bet it would be the same to give someone the fireball spell but not being a firemage
