i observed the following two times so far:
- you approach a tile with an inn or village from the west.
- check the orientation of the village/inn tile.
- then enter the tile and a story dialog pops up.
- now close the dialog
- the orientation of the village/inn tile has changed by 90 degrees counterclockwise!
