Allowed Resoln to become my vassal, ending that faction's play. Cities taken from Resoln continued to have the +50 to unrest due to occupation. Man, I hope that's a bug.
No, it is not. It's not the way I'd done it, but it is the way it is. The occupation penalty will slowly go down.
