[.991][Bug]City Enchantment Miscount

The Ledger shows 5/3 enchantments. I assume this is because I cancelled two enchantments and cast two new ones, but this stat didn't take into consideration the cancelled enchantments? Also note the lack of column headers...

Do you have any negative enchantments cast on your city?  (They may not take up any slots.)

Good thought, but no.

I double-checked that the ledger still read 5/3 too.

Having said that, my theory that changing enchantments causing this also doesn't pan out. I don't replicate on other cities I change enchantments on.

I've had it happen as well, and it was when I changed "Enchanted hammers" and "Inspiration" to Auras in a fortress.  The counter went to 5/3.  I changed it back after I had produced the troops I needed, and it did not increase the second time.  But when I made my next batch of troops, it went to 7/3.
