I've run into this a few times - manually end the turn, and the hourglass cursor hangs. You can move around the map and select things, but nothing I've found will make it go to next turn. Not a crash - anything I can submit?
Happened to me with .983 but it was only after I cast dispel enchantment to get rid of some curses. Don't know why.
