I know, I'm a terrible person for not making individual posts for everything I noted, but I wanted to pass what I could along in case some hadn't been found elsewhere. I scanned quickly at the bug list at least. Enjoying the games I have the time to play, though!
Bugs:
--Intro book to Lord Verga - text is too long and last line spills into the "Empire of Ythril" line (text overlap)
--Occasionally can't plant a building even with all prereqs, and free space (noted with sacrificial alter - no idea why I couldn't make it)
--An army pathed through the ocean while going through a V curve in the land rather than taking roads/ pathing through cities -- unless Fell Dragons have the abilities to fly/lift up entire armies of ground units. Unit went through at least 3 ocean tiles.
--A very odd lighting effect on the avatar in the score screen after winning. The lighting "spotlight" was very bright, washing out almost everything. Maybe related to cloak of fear?
--Quest bug: end of troublesome brother's quest line, any unit going from anywhere to the capital triggers the text for the book summoning/ disintegrating (though I didn't notice unit appearing until my main army returned properly)
--Very small visual issue: Ignys bow projectile is "ignited" immediately, despite the text description
Some previously noted, but still around:
--Still getting auto resolve text errors on any unit killed by an attack that heals the attacker.
--Still getting white trees on main map after zooming in/out of cloth map on rare occasions, or boarder tearing.
--Still getting non english characters at random if I have foreign language support enabled in windows (some games don't do this, atm my most annoying visual error)
--Getting some odd text line breaks (possibly due to above)
UI:
--Assigning hotkeys in tactical battle is a bit odd, took a few minutes to figure out. Right click spell slot to pick new spell is standard, or shift clicking a spell was what I was trying, MMO/ RTS style.
--In tactical battles, when a unit is channeling to cast, its a bit hard to figure out what it's casting, etc. (mostly due to small portrait sizes on the left). Maybe give a glowing frame to units on the left that are channeling spells?
--In tactical battles, depending on positioning of units on the screen, double clicking a creature to pull up its info card auto clicks the "Done" button, auto closing it as soon as it opens.
--Getting to the kingdom ledger screen and quest log is a bit awkward now (noticedd as I actually want to use it more now as well).
--Upgrade weapon / armor seems buried, might have some special notice on units that can do so.
--Game tips on load screens are sometimes very small text to fit in the small text box. Might want to use more of the screen for giving tips?
Balance:
--Ignys bow very OP for weak quest, especially compared to doom club (the other one I find often at weak level)
--Blood rage and Destiny's Insight (especially) seem very expensive for the cost. 250 mana for +1 stacking attack or +25 exp for DI is pretty bad at any point in the game. Maybe 75 I could see, or 100, but I'd never spend 250.
--Altar still feels very underwhelming when used as a player compared to other factions. Too based on luck, and doesn't feel as obviously cool as other factions.
AI:
--Uncontrolled Rage is pretty bad for the AI to have right now. The player can send in a single unit (Air Elemental is great for this), then watch as the AI wipes its own army out attacking your sacrificial unit.
Random:
--Continue the Adventure link at credits is a bit odd, since its places where I expect the keep playing option in most 4x games (ie continue playing past victory conditions). Plus, doesn't the book take place before FE? Its not continuing! Raaaageeeeeee . . . =p
--Henchmen are only male? So are slaves. Just might like some variation, especially in henchmen, where the art wouldn't need changing.
--Crushing blow when using ranged weapons - not sure if its a bug, or just looks funny.
--Boreal blade description - a bit odd. It sounds bad to constantly be urged to lay down forever . .just didn't feel epicly good.
--Games feel short compared to most 4x games. About 5 hours on a med map on challenging is my average if I'm not blitzing.
Anyways, hope some of it is helps make the game even better!
