started a new game with a new custom sov and custom race played through till had conqured resolin and yithiril , killed a clambercoil dragon that had killed a town of mine, and was clearing one of the wildlands, and was also adding buildings to a city's build queue and had a lockup where windows said that elemental fallen enchantress had stopped working

copied the freshest files in the dump area and added the debug.err and saves
