[0.95] CTD Repeatable

Game #4..

Everything was fine up untill now. Load save #22 hint end turn then CTD every time.

Here is the save game with the debug etc..

I noticed this witch I tought was odd...

and the ZOC graphic glitch I have already mentioned has expaned to making the ZOC disaper all to gether. Come back later on its owen.
