Hey all,

Just trying to get into the FE beta here, having not touched the game since Elemental was first released (sour memories and all), and I'm currently unable to get the game to load at all.  I've searched the forums here and come up with nothing thus far.  It's not the same problem (AFAIK) with regards to the vcredist_x86 module, i've tried that anyway.  Instead, I get a loading screen, followed by a black screen with a sword for a mouse pointer (I can move it around - not a system freeze), but the game fails to load any further.

Ideas?
