Hello - Hopefully someone can help me with this. First, I live in Singapore, and I use Starhub as my ISP. A couple weeks ago, I found I was unable to get the beta to open, as there were some connectivity issues (I got the unable to download datafile pop-up - at the same time Steam was having issues as well).

After a long while wrestling with this, I got around this by using a proxy server (proxy.starhub.net.sg 8080 - I found this idea from someone posting about issued with Steam). Now this was working for a while, but now I am getting some password errors with the beta AND I don't seem to be able to access the web AND the beta is not loading up now. 

I am a relative neophyte as things go, so if no one has ideas or can help, could some one suggest where I would go for info? If I called my ISP what would I say? I made sure everything is let through firewall already.
