I just started getting this message this afternoon. Game goes to a splash screen with "beta" on it when I start it up, waits for a while, and gives me the pop-up. I had played earlier in the day without a problem, but now I am unable to start up the beta. I do live in Singapore, but there had been no issue until today. I hadn't changed any of my settings between games.

EDIT - Well, it seems a dolphin might have gotten all tangled up in the interweb lines between here and the states. I thought I would download the beta update again, and I will let you know in 317 days when it finishes if that works.
