Hola all. I started my first game at .915 and a ways in i realized all the producition in my city had stopped and I couldn't figure out why (taxes were at none). I finally noticed that someone (resoln I think) had cast antipathy on my city nine times. The only thing is, I hadn't made contact with any AI players yet. How can they start casting on my cities if we haven't discovered each other? I'm guesssing (hopeing) this is a bug. HAve a good day all
