Screen capture at turn one. Can see cliffs thru the fog to the north-west.

I see this and the reverse a lot. There are places I have no units/structures and yet I can see fine there. Other places I run my hero right next to a spot and don't see anything until movement stops and some times not even then. This is especially true when using roads.
