I have some problems recently to lower land. I takes me like over 10 casts to make a passage of two tiles through the mountains. Furthermore, when the land goes down, right before it is finally levelled, it goes up instead of being lowered and then next cast puts it down. I think it has something to do with negative values ...
Very annoying to spend over 500 mana for that ....
