[0.91 Bug?] Trade routes inherited from conquered enemies

I attacked Magnar and conquered his him and his last city. I now find that I have a trade route with Gilden, complete with caravan, from Magnar's old capital to Gilden. Should these trade routes be spoils of war like that?
