Listing here all of the bugs (or what seems to be bugs) I notice during my games:
I managed to create a sovereign who's icon show a blank yellow, without any image of the sovereign. His picture is shown properly everywhere else, though. Happens at combat results too.
Sometimes, certain special locations don't appear on the cloth map. Lower land causes problems to mountains, even if not directed at them.
Multiple stacks of enemies on the same tile.
Sometimes items looted from combat do not appear in the aftermath.
Enchantments needs "help" in order to use an updated amount of shards. I suspect loading saves breaks the enchantments, too.
Units get as much experience as champions with +exp abilities. Does the abilities effect the units or not work? If the first, what's the point of a talent that raises the exp the whole army gets?
With too many cities/armies, some of them are being hidden by the UI.
Celerity and its kind can only work once, although in the tooltip it states it can be cast multiple times.
I entered a cave, died to the units inside (some golems, killed the wolves with them), clicked on the units that appeared and game crashed.
Adventurere's guild costs roughly 2500 production... no comment.
Pressing on auto explore sends them to explore, but giving the unit a direct order doesn't remove it. Does not inform in the UI that the unit is on auto explore mode. I think my unit is stuck in auto explore an only directing it is saving it from suicide...
I've just killed a green drake, and his body stayed on the map...
Some a unit has been killed from counterattack, but the game didn't acknowledge that it's turn is over. I have to auto-combat it.
Flame wave bugs and causes no damage.
If the sovereign is going to a quest, and near it a creature attacks and defeat him, he will sometimes still complete the quest (happened to me with an escort mission, the girl and sov died but still completed it).
In the quest Haitan's Summon, equipping the quest staff prevents you from completing the quest.
Sometimes, noticed mostly around hills, the unit will move far away instead of the clicked tile.
I'm not certain, but I think the AI keep trying to cast debuffs even after he succeeds to.
In tactical combat, it's impossible to cast area spells on impassable terrain, but the same spells can go above them.
