[.90] Mercenary annoyances

I built some mercenary camps, but once the unit becomes obsolete they get annoying

  • I can't stop production (Hunters in particular)
    • I cannot raze the structure by clicking on it 
    • Cannot raze it from the 'home' city
  • They always produce small groups even when I have better squad+ tech
    • Maybe they could produce slower, larger groups or allow me to combine groups?
  • Since camps have their own limits, maybe the units could at least not count for gildar upkeep?

when you build najas etc as the Umber, I don't believe the units have any upkeep. Odd that only mercs do.

I would like them to have no wages since we are paying 30 gold per soldier in the unit. There is a simple switch in the xml to do this. There is another switch that allows you to group them according to your tech progress. I hope both get turned on at some point. It would save me the time of doing it myself.
