The spell dispel enchantment is in the spell book and can used even if the spell is not researched. Is that a bug or working as intended?
Bug, it will be fixed in 0.91.
Boy, I do feel annyoed a.i love to cast curse on my city every 2 to 3 turn, I need a hot key for this Dispel enchantment, I should pick mage tower but too late in my last gameplay.
