I discovered a Compass early on and equipped it. It's supposed to provide no movement penalty for forests and swamps but when my army moved into a forest square with 2 movement points left, my movement went to 0 instead of 1 as it should.

I have 3 units in my army. The Compass description does not say if it provides the movement bonus for the whole army or just for the unit it's equipped on. I assume it should be the former because providing the bonus just for the unit it's equipped on makes it essentially useless.
