[.86] AI sending too many weak units

Hi, In my experience when battling with the AI is that the AI sends way too many weak units even if they are capable of building stronger units. I think it should create fewer but stronger units. I have only played the game on normal difficulty so far, what about the other difficulty levels? Or is my game download corrupt?

I did get absolutely spakned by absolutely superior units. I was playing on Challenging, though. Also, somehow, while all other soverigns were a rating of 70, and Magnar was a 190. Good lord, he train wrecked me.

Never seen the AI field supperior troops, only mages when I had none. But I always had far superior troops then the AI on challenging AI.

I didn't make it clear, but that one game where Magnar was waaayhigher than any other faciton was the only time I have seen it. The rerst of the time, yup, inferior troops.

And by superiod, I mean it. Their standard unit had around 100 atk and 45 defense to my 48 atk 8 defense.
