Picture says it all, I went into the tomb that spawns all the armies after you leave, this one ended up on top of a mountain, where I couldn't get at them and I can't lower that mountain:

You need to clean up your positioning algorithm a little. If you can't walk there, you can't spawn there.

Sorry, it looks like the screen cap is too big for the forum. But, they did end up on top of an inaccessible mountain.
