As the title says.
I have a quite old 512mb graphics card. Don't know if that is relevant.
This happens to me depending on how you click around, alt-tab, etc. But it comes back if I switch to a different sovereign again.
I got this too... The rest of the game workts though.
You are lucky, none of the sovereigns have shown up on this screen for me. Regardless of what i have done.
