Killed a couple of shadow stalkers (no loot), moved to grab the lair loots and gained nothing.
I've seen some oddities with other lairs. Just recently I cleared a wilderness region and some of the troll camps had the Resource HUD, while others had the Treasure HUD. It's possible that I only got loot from the camps labeled as treasure. I can't recall. But some camps were definitely absent loot. While others had some.
Not all lairs give loot.

Are there just certain types of lairs that give loot? If not, is it just random, or indicated in the HUD?
