The Longstrider Boots add +1 to movement. They work fine in 0.85 on the strategic map, boosting my ruler's movement from 2 to 3. However in tactical combat, the boots don't provide the +1 bonus and my ruler is back to only 2 movement per turn. I can see how this would be hard to spot so I wanted to report it here to be fixed because movement is very important both in and out of combat.
The one other ruler I fought in my test game seemed to have movement bonuses that were working fine so this bug may be limited to just these particular boots.
