I was attending a quest for an inn to kill rats for the doom club. After returning to the inn i could choose the reward Doom Club over and over again. The window only disappeares after clicking on "i take the gildar" but i had already a dozen of doom clubs in my inventory.
Sorry. Found the bug report related to this. But in my game it doesnt repeat anymore. Dont know what went different.
