When you can't recruit a champion because of their level the tooltip does not display the tech neccesary. The tech name is missing from the sentence on the tooltip.
If you play a video in the encylopedia and then come the encylopedia while the video is running. Whenever you open the enclyopedia again you can't select what you want to look at, and even though you can't see it, you hear the video you previously selected running in the background.
