Was doing the kill the slavers quest. Was using a full stack when doing the quest. Upon choosing to hire Daxus, returing the daughter, killing the spearmen army, I got 1 Daxus, but then it popped back up again, asking if I wanted to hire him again, and got a second one, then repeated again, this time I choose to not hire him and killed him, and was able to break the loop, but the original hut where I started the quest was still there, and the quest still showed as active. I sent the 2 Daxus off to one of my cities.

Just to reiterate(I know this is an already known issue), the Daxus are not actual champions.

Saved and exited the game afterwards, no crash seen but zip file was created, so here it is:
