Crash reporting procedures

I have had several crashes but cannot find the zip file named a debugger.  I have found the right folder, several zipped files named FallenEnchantress followed by a series of numbers, plus a couple of .dmp files.  Is the debugger in one of these zipped files?

the zips in the path

(xp)'C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Stardock\Elemental - Fallen Enchantress'

(vist/7) 'C:\users\All users\appdata\Stardock\Elemental - Fallen Enchantress'

is where the zipped crash(dmp) files SHOULD be, unfortunately we(testers & modders) do NOT have access to the debugger, as only stardock has that .
