After War of Magic, and devoting my trust into Brad and the Star Dock team to produce a fun game -- and after doing the same with Gas Powered's under-thought-out Demigod, I've become very critical. War of Magic didn't turn out as good as it was promised, heck it wasn't even remotely near what it was and still isn't. So I'm going to be a tough customer to please at this point, but you know what I want to be that person. I'm not walking in here expecting to be wowed, I want Elemental to be a long-lasting world grabbing game that people will notice and respect. But StarDock needs to do a TON more work before that ever happens. Not to mention a total graphical overhaul once we finally get the game play to actually work right. The work that needs to be done is far more than meager bug fixes, tweaks of numbers, and minor adjustments.. Elemental is far from the solid protect it should have been two years ago, and the rate it's going probably won't be solid for another two years.
I will not allow Elemental to get by on the lowest common denominator. You guys wanted Elemental, you guys wanted us to buy it. Now it's time to actually make it work.
