OK, so, these are the actual, definite bugs I've found (not balance, etc, I'll address that in another post sometime soon).
[.76] When i did a quest that spawned a bunch of monsters on the map (fire elemental types), some of them got stuck on the top of the mountains nearby, even using tons of mana to lower the height of the land around them didn't help me reach them or them move off.

The Varda quest doesn't work, nothing spawns, no fights, etc.
Trying to use powers like crushing blow on an oversized creature is weird, clicking on the midle of the creature doesn't work, have to click the edge, it's kinda weird and I think it might have made some of my guys miss their turns, not 100 % sure, it was late and I was drunk the only time I fought a big guy.
Fireball displays it's damage twice on every creature it hits.
When one of my hero's with a bow uses abilities like crushing blow or double strike, the animation doesn't play right, and I'm not 100 % sure if the damage is being calculated correctly, either. Might just be easier to not let some of those abilities be used with bows (crushing blow with a bow?), but I digress.
Some of the L 5 buildings don't display right on the build screen or the cloth map. (Onyx Throne, Hosten Library, Pyre of Anniellum)
Hosten's Library doesn't seem to know if it gives +30 % or + 100 % to research.
At one point, even though I had no military units anywhere near him, Kraxis was telling almost every turn to keep my troops away from his borders. It was kinda ridiculous. Our cities were kind of close at that point, that may be the cause.
When I hover the mouse over the icon of a city on the left side of the map, the information that pops up has a lot of little bugs in it. The material icon in particular seems to like to pop up in about 4 spots, even though I'm sure it's supposed to be stuff like "excess food" or the like. Seems to change depending on whether or not the city is still growing, or at it's current max population.
Whenever I load a saved game, my Stack of Doom seems to have lost about half it's speed (mostly from the master scout trait I believe). Even the next turn, the stack starts with 4 out of 8 speed, or whatnot. Pretty frustrating to lose half my speed for a turn.
Whenever I load a saved game, the map doesn't seem to remember all the stuff I've discovered, until I move some units around a bit, then all the shadowy places fill back in again.
Identical enemies will sometimes con differently on the tactical map (why is that golem Weak, but that ones Strong?) No, they are not different levels, these are absolutely identical monsters doing this.
Maul is now dropping my hero's chance to hit to 0 for the second swing. Worked fine on my system in .76 (other than the fact that it was bugged like EVERYONE else's), but now I can see the tool tip for my attacking character drop from about 96, 97 % chance to hit, to 0. Also have a lot of enemies who miss on their second attack, as well. At least it isn't OP anymore, maybe this is WAI?
(In other posts, someone said it seemed to be working fine for them, which is very weird).
There are a couple of other VERY small things, graphical, but I think they were only a problem in .76, so I won't risk reporting them again here, because they may already be fixed.
I'm curious to hear what else people are seeing... also curious how many other people are having trouble with Maul, and how many others aren't.
All in all, definitely enjoying the game, though the difficulty needs some tweaking! But that will be a separate subject.
