Graphical Glitch
I was not able to take a screenshot, now I can.
A river made a left turn, and at the corner was a mountain.
The corner piece of the river was high up in the air, the rest of the river on both sides was on the ground.
If there was a waterfall (or in this case 2 waterfalls) it would have looked cool, but there wasn't one.
