This is actually a carry over from previous versions.  I was going to report it sooner but I've been preoccupied lately.

Whenever I cast the death magic spell Corruption on any shard to turn it into a death shard it causes the shard to vanish.  If I hit the Next Turn button and I click on the space where the shard used to be I do get an option to build a death shard temple, but there isn't a shard showing in the square.  Once I start construction on the death shard temple, it will show up though.  This is purely a visual glitch apparently.
