In one of the lastest games Relias declared war on me and we hadn't met yet.
But maybe he had some uber scout somewhere that I hadn't seen despite looking for it, right?
Some time after discovering Pariden, Procipinee started sending messages of how good it would be to attack Resoln in exchange of a few coins. I hadn't met Ceresa yet and had other plans so I refused. After some bribe attempts by Procipinee, I checked the foreign relations page and saw that Pariden hadn't met Resoln yet!!! 
Of course, I could blame a buggy foreign relations page, right?
