[BUG] I can rename the Death Demon

So I clicked on a Death Demon to check its stats, and lo and behold the rename option was open, so its now called "Sjaak" instead of Death Demon.

And this is a bug why?

 

Its an unusually cool feature. I am sure there are ppl who are gonna name enemies after Skyrim chars, My Little Ponies and so on. Just let em

Yes it is really nice to be able to rename a troll that raided one of your cities as "Terror of Littleton", so that you can make sure you give that particular troll special attention!  This aids immersion greatly.

Of course if you call the greater demon "Fluffykins" that is a rather different sort of a game, and you probably deserve everything you get.

This is a bug because being able to rename one's enemies... well... I had assumed it is a bug. Ha! It strikes me as odd.

 

Mayhap I should rename the title to "[STRANGE FEATURE YOU MIGHT WISH TO RETHINK:] ?

Naming enemies that have bothered you is a good thing. Ensuring much glee as they are revenged!

 

Calling enemy units stuff like Slayer of Champions, King of the Wild is cool.

I filed this as a bug, as I don't think the uberhard enemies should allow their names to be changed by a puny sovereign.

The thing is that for single player, the fact that the player can rename stuff is not important. I don't use it (a Golem tempted me to rename it to "Pain in the ass" though) but it doesn't hurt to have it.

Where exactly do they get born?  Elemental Hospital for Monsters or Misunderstood Types?

This is something that could be done in WoM too.  I never really knew what to think of it.  I guess it doesn't really hurt anything...just kind of strange.

It's a very cool feature and something that is fairly unique to E:FE.

 

Really helps with the immersion and role playing IMO.
