Hi. First off, I do have a support ticket in but it's been 3 days and there has yet to be a resolution. Since I've seen others have some success doing it this way... figured I'd try it. Anyways, i received the email saying I can download the beta, however it's not showing up(my accounts, my downloads, Elemental is not in my order history period). I know y'all are probably swamped and I'm sorry to add to the load, but it would be nice to have this resolved before the next batch comes in lest I get lost in the oncoming horde. So, if this helps at all, I received my purchase confirmation from Stardock on 7/25/10. Here's an excerpt, hopefully enough to narrow down where/what the problem is and why I don't seem to have a record in my account.
