Not sure if anyone else is having this problem, but when I choose Path of the Governor for my champions I have yet to see and kind of progression in that path when they level up. All the other paths seem to work fine with level progression, but the Governor path seems to go nowhere.
If you note in the description of "Path of the Governor" it does not say it has a progression. All the others do. So I reckon this is probably intended behavior, even if it's a bit of a questionable choice.
There's an Admin 1/2/3 line, but I didn't see any others - I didn't level him up very far though.
I looked at the XML, and path of the governor is supposed to give Administrator, Merchant and Loremaster traits. These traits, however, lacks a <Likelihood> tag so they will never appear.
