Just installed and started the game the first time. A few turns into it the game just crashed back to the desktop. This reminds me of WoM, where I had the same experience in the beta...
I didn't find a ZIP file in the "C:\ProgramData\Stardock\Elemental - Fallen Enchantress" directory, but a CSV. I zipped it together with the debug.err File:
