I have only played for an hour or so but this seems very promising... completely different feel from WoM: Elemental, very well polished etc. Crashed once right at the start recruiting an NPC, stable after that
Here are some minor things so far:
Tactical Battle:
* Wait option for unit instead of only skip turn
* Make it possible to disable auto end turn in battles
* Show spell effects on when zooming unit info, so you can check effect of curse etc
* Show how much experience units had left to next level at score summary
* Spell should still be selected after getting error message (ie you can only target friendly units)
* Edge scrolling / arrow scrolling in tactical battle
* Reposition mana meter above spell icons instead of top of screen
* Hitpoint bar disappears on milita when damaged
Other
* Can press "Build" on a shard/mine even though it is outside influence, build animation/sound but not started next turn
* Show experience progress meter on unit info screen
* Research screen : Rename "Done" button to "Research"
* F5 -> Quicksave
* Doubleclick on a resource on map to build it
* Reorder queued buildings by drag and drop
* Disable outlines by default, looks better IMHO
