Will this run on Nvidia video cards?

I have noticed lots of posts on problems with nvidia cards and massive amount of other problems, and was wondering if any of you have nvidia cards and have overcome problems.  Tried Ewom long ago and sold my copy, and thought IF it actually works now I might try again.

 

My card is nvidia 570 gtx.  I know it will pull the game but from the posts, there are problems with nvidia and Ewom.

should have no worse issues than on low spec cards like my 7600gs, but due to the large amount of ram in the card you might run out of memory (for the game as shader 2 holds textures in system ram AS WELL as video ram)  sooner than a smaller ram card.

I have 8800gt x 2 in SLi (cool way back then, old tech now) and never had any issues that was directly attributed to the card(s).  A 570 should be just fine I'd think (jealous).

I ran Elemental with no problems with a single Geo Force 8800, however I did update my video driver.
