Not only is it easier to go through all of Stardock’s programs but many programs you’ve purchased can be re-downloaded directly from the new store, no client required (and we’re adding more all the time).

Cool but can you back up files this time like Steam? Also is there a client?

Beyond belief! Everything I could ask for and then some. Awesome, fabulous, amazing!!!

I especially like the My Account section and the clearly marked betas.

Did I mention that I like it?

Sweet! FE beta can't be far off now

Edit: wait, this isn't the new client yet I see. But that can't be far behind right?

There is for SD software...  http://forums.wincustomize.com/413462

You can make backups to any internal/external drive.

There's only one game on Steam as of right now, Sins of a Solar Empire: Trinity.

At the moment the only game I can redownload is GCII. The other titles I've bought appear there, but clicking on the titles brings to a page to buy them. The plan is to have it so all Stardock titles can be redownloaded, correct? On a related note, will we be able to download the FE beta from this page?

I always play the dark horse so here it goes:

The first time I clicked the link I thought it was one of those domain for sale sites.

That's as basic a page as I've ever seen.

Very nice, Thank You!!

I was very happy to try out the latest version of E:WOM today. But cannot re-download this game from Stardocks Store. It is listed as being owned by me. But the only option is to purchase it. And following those links brings me to gamestop pages.

In my excitement over Stardocks new store, I nearly made an impulsive buy of GalCiv2 and Object Desktop. But the moment passed without transaction upon seeing Stardock products still linking to gamestop. So I'll be patient, and am still thankful that eventually, we will have a non-gamestop option. Thank you for this!

For the downlaod, nothing have change in my case... Galciv II ultimate can be sownload like on the old store and nothing from Soase can be download...

By the way, in "my account", can you add a button "merge account"... i have a account for the retail sins and a account for all sins expansion and galciv ( online purchase )... will be great if we can somehow change some of our data... by example, when i begin to receive to much spam in my mailbox, i simply create a new one and delete the old one... will be great if we can change our e-mail address ( used for loggin )

One thing I'm curious about:

On Object desktop subscriptions- if you let them expire, can you re-download what you bought earlier even if it's after the date?

I'm liking some of the programs already.

I really like the look of the store.   Great job to whoever designed it.  Very simple and clean.  The only thing I'd change would be to add a simple banner or what have you at the top to advertise any sales you might have going on.

Rebellion's release date is listed as 1st December. To my eyes, this is either a mistake or the opening of the Beta. Clarification?

I don't think you can as of right now.  My suggestion to anyone is to download and backup to an external drive or something similar.
