When I try to run the program, it gives me an error right away.  It does not even give me a chance to see the game menu.

"Elemental Launcher has stopped working, A problem caused the program to stop working.. etc."  I had no choice but to close the windows/program.  Even the Debug.err file is not updated.

This is my first time having this problem, all the other version of the game worked fine for me.  I also tried to uninstall the file and redownload it again from impulse and made a new install..  Still the same outcome.   I'm running out of options here.  Please help.
