I have got the problem of game's fluently on my notebook. The animations are far to fluent and it doesn;t matter if I set low or medium settings. It is so strange, because the game like Civilization V (which requires stronger computer) run much better then others game...
My notebook is HP 2.21 GHz (dual core) 4 GB Ram radeon 5470 M
