[1.3] Animations not working

I noticed the animations for people working in the city and outside resources are not working; there are no people farming, building, or mining.  If you want a screenshot just say and I can post it but its a pretty simple bug to understand and fix, if you guys even read these anymore.

Eh.. I want to see animations for people working in the city . 

I  never problems with memory leak in this game.. Maybe this animations can be included in the INI files?

Fact is the developers know that the system is not ready yet and they decided to disable it.

 

That's better than CTDs.

I have a mod in progress that has 20 people per tile.

This is going to make all that animation work useless....

Oh, that's what "Pedastrians disabled" means.  Why, what were these simple animations causing?  My cities look dead now, I want them back!
