1.1 Some Odd Huts do Nothing

Using 1.1 (not a beta) on a large map, quest location level 2, the first several Odd Huts worked.  now new odd huts I discover do nothing.  Mousing over the Odd Hut the following is shown:

Quest Location Value: 2

Your Level: 2

Any ideas?

Do nothing?  Or do you have level 2 quest open already?  They don't let you open multiple of the same repeatable quest, so finish old quest, then go back to the hut.

Yes I have a level 2 quest open.  (The location is on another island so I skipped it.)  I didn't know that you can not have multiple quests open of the same level?

I think that what LX is saying is not that you cannot have 2 quests of the same level, but rather that you cannot have 2 of the exact same quest.  The quests seem to be attached on hut spawning, and are often duplicated.  I suspect he's right that if you finish your quest you will be able to activate another of the huts to get a new (exact same, with different target location) quest.
