bit of a request

I thought about this for a while now and I've tried to apply the .exe cheat thing to the end of the application but alas I can't. Apparently I can't do it at all. I wanted to use the cheat for a simple reason which was to reveal the map so I can take screen shots of the whole map.

Since I can't do it, I was wondering if someone with the ability to do so would be kind enough to do it for me?

Here's what I have as the properties of my shortcut and it works fine (use it to view all map and cycle turns for AI testing): "C:\Program Files\Stardock Games\Elemental\Elemental.exe" - cheat

So just putting "- cheat" on the end should work for wherever you have the game installed I think.

I can't do that with mine, mine is in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Stardock Games\Elemental\

wish I had good photoshop skills... lol taking multiple pics of some modified elementerra maps I've altered is a pain, because you have to break the view into quarters with large and larger types of maps. usually for medium you have to do it in 1/3rds and small maps your pretty safe to make a full screenshot. Oh and in case your wondering I'm not just making maps to play on, rather making the maps for some other things. Elemental presents the chance to actually bring a world you can create in your head by allowing you to actually visualize the world you've created. In my case a book

I was lucky to figure out MS Paint to edit the map images for the AI testing, rofl.

for the record I don't have photoshop program... I'm not that rich lol best I have that is even close to photoshop is GIMP and of course... yes there's MS paint

Okay, I've tried this numerous times and I just can't seem to get it. I'm trying to take screenshots, usually two since the screen seems be be able to do this.

I want to get screenshots of the map so I can combine them into one large picture without errors but I can't seem to do it. Maybe someone with more experience in the matter can?

Maybe I'm misunderstanding your intent but can you do the following?

Main Menu
Workshop
Cartographer's Table
Cancel
Load Map
Save Image - Ctrl-I - doing this saves it as a .png image within the Maps folder

the map is a bit too big to get it in one shot now since it was made with elementerra 1.2 it's one of those 160x160 maps which is a 10x10 map. Trust me I have tried, and I've also tried to combine the separate pics into one large one but I seem to screw up every time. I'm terrible when it comes to that sort of stuff lol

If only the map editor had a magnifying option that allowed you to view the WHOLE map on the screen at the same time no matter the size of the map.

need a new code too get v1.4 one of my brothers (says he knows how too work A computer but dont) use it but forgot hes pass hes email I forgot but need a new one so I can get it I can tell no one might not help but yea need a new one (I hate my brother and hes my older brother ) my brother name is well.... plz help me.
