1.19g OOM

Crash at turn 330 with an out of memory message. (Debug records 'error allocating memory')

Crash at turn 650 with an out of memory message.

I really haven't had many oom issues in the past, so I think something changed in this version to make it worse.

edit: I was was on the strat map both times, clicking end turn. (not the cloth map)
