1.19c inventory bug

The past few times I've played with Verga and Yithril I've went to buy padded armor and its in my trade window and inventory but not in the equip screen, making it unwearable. I was able to trade it to Janusk and it showed up, but when I traded it back to Verga it didn't show up to be equipped.

I don't know how to link save games or anything, but I can try to upload something later. This happens with armor primarily, I don't believe it has happened with weapons.

I figured it out (still happens in 1.19d)

I had my sov, janusk, and a champion all in the same tile. I entered the shop window through my sov and bought each person padded armor, using the arrow keys in the shop to select each character. When I exited, all three characters had the item in their inventory (I could trade and sell it back) but only my sov, the one I entered the shop window with, was able to actually equip it.

Save/reload didn't fix it

Go to the shop with the appropriate person. Most of the empire factions' units are physically larger in size. So, the kingdom armor won't fit on them, and likewise, the fallen armor looks off on kingdoms (janusk and all the vanilla champions are the same body size as kingdoms). However, sometimes the kingdom types can wear the fallen armor, just go to the shop with them directly.

EDIT: The shop only seems to load what's appropriate for the first person who enters it. This is why I never use those arrows anymore. You have to leave to equip new stuff anyways. Then go back to sell your old stuff.

If this is the case, should the option to pan through characters at the shop be removed? Seems to be the easiest fix.
