[1.19c] OOM/CTD and other Issues

Love the game keeps getting better.

Started a new game and then it happend....

Other issues to note:

In this PIC you can see that the AI is not cutting down trees. I am playing on the easyest level. I think the the AI is to good I just can't win a game.

In this one everything looks brighter and some are washed out all to gether. Reloading only temp fix it then it happens again. I did not have this problem in the last ver.

In this one you will see that the city I captured will not upgrade to current tech level that I have. This problem I found in 1.19b and earlier.

This one is more of a complate. Starting spots are just too close together. I find this to be true a lot.

I have to say that the memory error is getting better. The game is slowing down still but not as it use too.

I was woundering if ther is a why to move something in a build que to the begining with out having to del all the ones in front 1st then reque everything. Like is GCII you can change the location of an item in the que.
