Castle Bug - Stops game

Castles automatically build after research is completed

I have a save file at about turn 753 where I research the Castle tech.

Once I click the button - all of my level 3-5 cities automatically create castles

I can click the turn button 1 more time after this and then I can no longer end a turn.
